Refunds will not be issued for items returned/refused without authorization.


Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 7–10 business days. If you don’t see it, just let us know. We’re happy to help.


For subscription renewals, cancellations must be made 48 hours before your shipment date. We begin preparing your order right away to ensure fast delivery, and once processed, can’t be refunded. 

You have direct access to your subscription account to delay shipments or make any changes.
